Utility A	Treat Jar with IWS	An IWS Cookie Jar will be awarded to the dog who has the HIGHEST AVERAGE of 3 qualifying scores in Utility A.  Note:  A dog may have more than 3 scores, however only the three highest will be averaged.  In the event of a tie, the dog who has competed the most number of times will be awarded the prize.
